General Terms & Conditions
1. Area of applicability
These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) are applicable for every order placed with trashedtees.com. With each contract the customer accepts the GTCs active at the point in time of the conclusion of the contract. The following GTCs apply to all contracts, thus contravening all other regulations or GTCs the customer might have.
2. Conclusion of a contract
Offers from trashedtees.com and other information media are non-binding. By placing an order using the shopping cart, the party to the contract makes a binding declaration that they wish to acquire the goods ordered. The sales contract comes into existence when trashedtees.com sends an order confirmation to the customer via email. The contract is concluded, when trashedtees.com formally delivers an order confirmation.
3. Prices
All prices are specified in various currencys on the website. Shipping costs are listed in the shipping cost table. If you order from our website, the prices shown there on the order date are applicable.
4. Product Information
Condition:

- 3/5 middle wear / fading / holes / repairs
- 2/5 major wear / fading / holes / repairs
- 1/5 trashed!
We try our best to show the condition of the products as exactly as possible through the product description and product pictures. By purchasing a product you agree to purchase it in the presented condition. Any flaws or defects that we're previously shown on the product page are no subject to complaint. However you can return any unwanted item without further reason within 14 days.
Sizing: As a lot of our products are original 90s or even 80s pieces, the sizes stated on the neck labels of the products often vary a lot to the actual fit referring to today's sizing standards. We try our best to examine every item to state the actual fit of a product. Therefor compare the given measurements with clothing that fits you.
5. Delivery
Delivery of products in stock can take approx. 2-25 business days, depending on ordering country. All delivery times or delivery periods are non-binding, they are based on an agreement. The preceding information about prospective dates of delivery or delivery timescales is non-binding, unless it has been expressly agreed between the consumer and us. In the case of an expressly agreed date of delivery if there is a delay in delivering the order you must allow us an extension of up to 2 weeks. If I’m unable to deliver within the timeframe given you are entitled to withdraw from the sale agreement. Should an article not be available for delivery within the given timeframe, I’ll inform you as quickly as possible of the date of delivery, or alternatively that the delivery cannot occur. Delivery Costs are free within Germany, 10€ for the EU and 20€ for the Rest of the World.
6. Revocation
You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days in writing (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) without stating.
The time limit starts to run once the written notice of cancellation has been received, but- in cases involving contracts that must be concluded in writing - not before the consumer has equally been provided with a contractual document, his written application, or a copy of the contractual document or application, nor before the goods are received by the recipient (where similar goods are delivered on a recurring basis, then not before receipt of the first part delivery), nor before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information as defined in Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) and (2) of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code ("EGBGB") as well as our duties under § 312e (1) sentence 1 of the BGB in conjunction
Your right is ensured if your written revocation and/or the return of the goods take place during the time limit.

In the case of an effective revocation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and if so derived profits are to be returned. In case you are unable to reimburse us either in total or partially for services received, you are required to offer a compensation of equal value. This does not apply, when the deterioration of the merchandise has been checked like it is possible in a shop.
Has the merchandise been damaged through conventional usage, you have to pay compensation.
Any merchandise eligible for shipping will be returned at your expense and risk.
7. Agreement for the coverage of the costs
Agreement for the coverage of the costs in the case of a withdrawal. In case of an effective revocation, the contractor has to bear the cost of returning the goods.
8. Payment conditions
trashedtees.com accepts payments per Kreditcard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal and Amazon Pay.
9. Reservation of proprietary rights
Until the entire payment is made, products remain the property of trashedtees.com
10. Language
The contractual languages are German and English.
